Do you smell what I smell? It smells like fresh berries! Today we spread holiday cheer (and yummy jams) with Al’s Backwoods Berrie. Allen Chisholm was delighted to talk with us about the homemade foods they will be providing to attendees this year.
Thank you for being an exhibitor at the 2018 PA Christmas & Gift Show. Is this your first time as an exhibitor?
Yes, this will be our first year attending the PA Christmas show, and we are very excited to be in the show this year.
Welcome to the show! We are excited to have you.
What types of unique Christmas products will you be offering to shoppers?
Homemade jams and jellies, wine jellies, and moonshine jellies. We will also have raw cranberry honey from Nantucket Island, and maple syrup from Vermont.
That all sounds pretty tasty. How long have you been producing these homemade jellies?
Al’s Backwoods Berrie has been in business for eight years, and our products have been featured on Good Morning America. We have also been awarded Best In Show for our wine jellies at the Boston dessert show.
That’s awesome! What is your favorite thing about Christmas?
The time spent with family and friends, putting up all the Christmas decorations, and sitting down to eat Christmas dinner.
Those are good times indeed. Do you have anything else you would like to say to Christmas shoppers coming to the show?
I hope more than anything that everyone can enjoy Christmas in good health and spirits, because that is the best gift of all.
We would certainly have to agree with that. Thank you, Allen! We appreciate you being an exhibitor at the PA Christmas & Gift Show. See you at the end of the month!
AL’S BACKWOODS BERRIE will be located at booth #0471 this year. Please welcome them to the Christmas show family, and try out some of their homemade jellies and jams!
