Founded in October 2021, Meliora Forever LLC produces and sells Instant Cocktail Cubes - sugar cubes that are infused with bitters, fruits, and natural flavors. Instant Cocktail Cubes allows you to create artisan cocktails at home or on the go with ease. Just add 1-2 cubes to your favorite liquor to create a cocktail in minutes (i.e. Old Fashioned, Lemon Drop, Peach Bellini, Hot Toddy).

Meliora Forever Instant Cocktail Cubes are not just flavored sugar - they are each approximately 1 teaspoon of sugar (standard sugar cube size) infused and packed with bitters, fruits, and natural flavors. The sugar base of our cubes is what allows the combination of bitters, fruits, and natural flavors to adhere together in a convenient form. At Meliora Forever we strongly believe that a cocktail is not complete without bitters. Bitters help produce a cocktail with a complex but balance of flavors. As such, the heart of every Meliora Forever Instant Cocktail Cube is award-winning bitters. And don't let the small size of our cocktail cubes fool you - they are each packed with high quality ingredients full of flavor. While you can always add sweetness to your cocktail, you cannot take the sweetness away. If you like a sweeter drink, you can always add a simple syrup or added sugar. Our goal is to provide a flavorful cocktail that is not as sweet as if you ordered it at the bar.

Instant Cocktail Cubes are perfect for entertaining at home, and/or for the person on the go - camping, hiking, backpacking, boating, or flying (TSA friendly) - they make enjoying your favorite drink easy in any situation. They are light & contain no liquid, making them easy to take with you wherever you go. We offer unique flavors, giving you the opportunity to try something new without having to buy all the individual ingredients. Our single flavors and variety packs make perfect stocking stuffers, or "white elephant" gifts, while our gift boxes are the perfect present for the person who has everything.

Jessica Stephens is the owner and innovator behind Meliora Forever. Jessica studied Environmental Science and Chemistry in college and worked several years as an Environmental Scientist before deciding to stay home to start a family. When Jessica felt that it was time to go back to the workforce, the COVID pandemic hit and changed all her plans. With a history of anxiety and having an asthmatic 5-year-old at home, Jessica looked for ways to combat her anxiety and keep herself busy with cabin fever creeping in. One Old Fashioned led to another, and Meliora Forever was born.

Our products are all made in small batches in-house and our recipes are trade secrets, perfected by owner/artist Jessica Stephens. We will never compromise on the quality of our products. Customer service and giving back to our communities are top priorities for Meliora Forever.
