Chef Tim’s personal recipe created while a Chef at the Pentagon in DC. Along with my wife, Sabrena we started on our dining room table. We also make 2 Seasonings. All Natural, Cholesterol Free, & Gluten Free. Our Mission is to provide delicious Vinaigrette and Seasonings to help people create a gourmet meal easily in their own homes, and to spoil themselves with an exceptional meal without the expense of a restaurant. Our products appeal to people who desire to eat healthy, and/or gluten free,

At the Festival we offer free bite size samples of our Panzanella salad (Chef Tims Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette tossed with cucumber, fresh cut basil, diced tomatoes and croutons). Taste and purchase a bottle to take home.
