Kimchee Girl® makes authentic Korean kimchee (kimchi) in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, using a traditional family recipe passed down through generations.

Founded by first-generation Korean American Joyce Park Williams, Kimchee Girl was created to share the bold, fresh flavors of authentic Korean food and Korean cuisine with a wider audience. Our small-batch fermented foods are vegan, gluten-free, all-natural, probiotic-rich, and locally made in Pennsylvania using quality ingredients for the perfect balance of spice, crunch, and tang.
